Yes, we offer local delivery for meal packages. Delivery fees may apply depending on location and quantity.

Yes, all meals should be kept refrigerated and consumed within the recommended window for freshness and quality.
What does picking up meals look like?
Pick up or delivery is twice a week:
1. Sunday evening or Monday morning, you get meals available for Monday- Wednesday
2. Second delivery or pick up would be Wednesday evening or Thursday morning, with meals available for Thursday and Friday
Do I order for a day, week, etc.? When should I order?
You can order weekly, from Thursday to Saturday, for the coming week. This is a perfect time to place an order for healthy meals for her or him.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require a minimum order of meals for her/him for an amount of $65.
